Sunday was the last day at Fan Expo Chicago. This is the day you do everything you haven’t had a chance to do. You go shopping, pick up new art, and maybe try some new food. Or, in my case, return to another favorite.

Paks Poke bowls (owned by Mr. Paks Mobile Sushi Bar) are fantastic. They are healthy and give you a great alternative to the typical fried convention food. The best part is that they are not that expensive for what you get. I find that a bowl is too much for me and will split it with my son or husband.
