With Sunday being the final day of C2E2’s show this year, it was a last chance to shop, meet your favorite celebrity guests, attend panels, and just enjoy being around several thousands nerds in the same space. I had such great fun over the weekend, and in talking to my fellow con-goers heard similar comments. Many commented on the positive energy that seemed to be around the whole event, and I certainly felt it.
Going into the weekend I had a rough plan of things I would like to do, but also just to see where each day took me, and it could not have gone better. I attended a few panels, but mostly I did a lot of walking around reconnecting with friends, making new ones, and talking shop with fellow cosplayers. The last couple of shows have felt a little different due to Covid, but this year definitely felt like a return to the C2E2 we have all grown to love.
There were only about six months since last year’s show, but now with next year’s event taking place April 26-28, you’ve got a little over a year to prepare. And that means plenty of time to brainstorm your cosplay plans and make those incredible costumes!
