The Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo (C2E2) returned to McCormick Place on March 31st and ran though April 2nd for their 2023 show.

There were several things I liked about the convention this year. Despite the fact that so many people needed to pick up badges that didn’t get mailed, the lines ran efficiently. I also found that security was easy to deal with. The addition of scanners for bags made things a lot quicker.
I found that the aisles were wider and easier to navigate. Unfortunately, this was due to the fact that there were less vendors and artist alley was much smaller.
As always, there was a ton of cosplay. Even with all the photos we are posting, I don’t think we covered even a quarter of it.
