Naughty Dog‘s The Last of Us was a hit horror game that integrated action-adventure and survival. It soon became one of Sony’s published hits once it gained popularity after it was released for the PlayStation 3 back in 2013.
Because of its increasing popularity, it’s no surprise that Naughty Dog has come back in full force with a sequel. Sony decided to release the highly anticipated The Last of Us Part Two reveal trailer when closing its PlayStation Experience in Anaheim, California.
The Last of Us Part Two begins sometime after the first game as Ellie appears to be more grown. In the reveal, Ellie is found tuning a guitar then proceeding to sing. Joel happens upon her and asks, “What are you doing, kiddo? You really gonna go through with this?”
Ellie’s reply is haunting.
The Last of Us Part Two is still in development. No release date has been announced.
