Paris Manga is a manga and sci-fi show held in Paris, France. They had a wide selection of guests including Power Rangers Megaforce, several members of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Stargate cast members. They also had a whole slew of voice actors, Japanese actors, artists and cosplayers.
This looks like a convention I want to hit whenever I manage to get out of the country.
