Zazie Beetz has apparently been chosen for the role of Domino in Deadpool 2, as announced via Twitter by Ryan Reynolds.

It might take a little bit, but the name Zazie Beetz is spelled out in the Domino Dots.
If you are like me, you have never heard of her and probably have to IMDB her. Zazie is a young, German-born actress who has no credits until 2013 when she appeared as the lead in a short, no-budget film called The Crocotta. Since then she has had a handful of credits to her name, most notably as Vanessa (aka Van) in the Donald Glover TV series Atlanta.

I don’t know if she’s a good or bad choice, I haven’t seen enough of her acting to make a call on that. Ryan Reynolds is a huge Deadpool fan, and one who kept the first movie true to the fandom, so let’s hope he continues in the same vein.
