Rey, Jyn Erso, Princess Leia, Padmè Amidala, Ahsoka Tano, and Sabine Wren. All strong females in the Star Wars universe and now they’re getting the spotlight. Your favorite heroines will be featured in a series of animated shorts courtesy of Lucasfilm Animation and Disney.
The first short is scheduled for release on Monday, July 3rd on Disney’s YouTube channel and features the intense action from the popular rebels and Jedi against the Empire and other foes. The following week, beginning on Sunday, July 9th, a new series will debut online at 10am PT each day!
Star Wars Forces of Destiny, an all-new original series of animated shorts which explore the untold stories that helped shape the destinies of Rey, Jyn Erso, Princess Leia, Sabine Wren, Padmè Amidala, Ahsoka Tano and others, will make its debut beginning on July 3rd on YouTube.com/Disney.
