“A missing child sets four families on a frantic hunt for answers. Their search for a culprit unearths a small town’s sins and secrets.” – Netflix
While the premise may seem similar to “Stranger Things,” Dark gives us a whole darker aspect. This trailer definitely has a true horror vibe to it and alludes to time travel.
Dark
“A family saga with supernatural twist, set in a German town, where the disappearance of two young children exposes the relationships among four families.” – IMDB
After the first two episodes made their world premiere at the 2017 Toronto Film festival, it was quickly compared to Netflix’s original horror hit Stranger Things (season 2 releases on Friday, October 27).
Could it be a horror/sci-fi with time travel thrown in? We’ll just have to see what else is coming up. I just hope they dub it in English. It’s got my attention so far. It stars Oliver Masucci, Karoline Eichhorn, and Jördis Triebel and airs on December 1, 2017.
