For many, blending two of your favorite celebrations is natural. It’s almost become common to see a skeleton decorating a Christmas tree, Santa riding a skeletal horse, and/or Jack Skellington ornaments around the tree.
So why not bring some gore and horror into your Holiday Special? AMC just announced their first The Walking Dead Holiday Special.
The December 13th, one-hour holiday event will be available on the network’s AMC+ premium streaming service and will be hosted by Chris Hardwick. It will feature current and past cast members from The Walking Dead joining via video to talk about the holiday season and look back on the show and what the future holds.
The Walking Dead Holiday Special will feature appearances from cast members Lauren Cohan, Melissa McBride, Josh McDermitt, Khary Payton, Eleanor Matsuura, Cooper Andrews, Cassady McClincy, Lauren Ridloff, Cailey Fleming, Emily Kinney, and IronE Singleton, as well as COO Scott M. Gimple and executive producer Angela Kang.
