Tsubasacon has been a staple of the West Virginia cosplay community since 2004. This year’s event took place from October 8-10th at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center in Charleston, WV. It is a yearly event that celebrates anime, gaming, pop culture, and of course, cosplay!
