Star Wars Celebration 2019 came to a close on Monday. There were fewer crowds, as many chose to leave Sunday and head back home. However, there were still lots of attendees getting in last-minute shopping, attending panels, and cosplaying. There was also the 20th Anniversary panel for Episode I, and the crowds showed lots of love for actor Ahmed Best, who played the character Jar Jar Binks. At the closing ceremonies, the location for the next Star Wars Celebration was revealed – Anaheim, California!

The day was a bit light on cosplay, but those who did dress up still had plenty of tricks left up their sleeves. There were still many creative mashups, alternative takes on characters, and just plain inventiveness. Half of the fun this extended weekend was seeing everyone’s creativity on display. We hope you enjoyed seeing these bits of the convention, as it was certainly a joy to attend!
