The Northwest Indiana Comic-Con (NWI) was held on Saturday, February 12th at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point, Indiana. Previous years had been in Schererville, IN, but this event is so popular they quickly outgrew it. The new building was airy and bright with a much easier layout to navigate giving the whole place a new and vibrant energy.
This was the first year in the new, larger facility so there were some small hiccups, but most of those were actually weather-related. The snow caused some parking confusion and the new building is so bright it was hard to take good pictures with my lower quality camera and amateur skills.
