Dragon Con is in full swing for 2021. There are restrictions due to Covid; they require masks (not just the cosplay mask) and everyone MUST provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test. They are trying hard to keep people safe, while letting them have their fun.
A lot of complaints about the length and speed of lines for badges and at the disability desk, but come on folks have some patience. Yes, the lines are slow, but Dragon Con is operating off of a fraction of the usual staff, AND to keep you safe the staff has to verify all the ID’s, Covid Cards, and negative tests…. that is a lot more to do than they had to before. I’d say it is moving pretty smooth considering the circumstances.
