This was the first day of C2E2, and it was great. This is the day you get the lay of the land, peruse the vendors and make your plans for the next two days. PopCultHQ had a pretty full day with interviews and photos, we also got to see old friends and make new. Some of our favorite comic lines are at C2E2 Valiant, Aftershock, IDW, Dark Horse, Marvel and Storm King (more on them later) are just a few. The vendors are out in force with a fabulous variety of collectibles, comics and art. There are also artists everywhere you turn. The one disappointment we had was that Makers Faire was cancelled.
Even though it was a weekday and during work hours for many there was a slew of cosplayers, this is only a sample of what I saw. There are many more photos to come.
