Geek Girl Chicago’s Controversy in the Cosplay World
There has recently been an article posted on Geek Girl Chicago by one of their writers that has caused significant controversy in the local cosplay community. Unfortunately the article is very one sided as it has been written from the perspective of the victim. There was no third party perspective and the accused was not provided an opportunity to defend themselves in the same forum. The article has already done significant damage to the reputation, hobby, and career of the accused.

It seems that the big Star Wars news at the moment is that the character Captain Phasma, played by Gwendoline Christie will be returning in the next episode. This was a character with a lot of potential, you saw hope in her first few scenes as she follows orders and has her troopers decimate the place, then later in the movie those hopes were crushed.
