All new Lip Sync Battle with the dynamic comedy duo of Anthony Anderson (Transformers, Romeo Must Die) and Tracee Ellis Ross (Daughter of Diana Ross) from the hilariously funny Blackish TV show. The two celebrity stars battle it out for the LSB bragging right and the all important belt. The fun began with each contestant putting their best lip syncing talents on full display. Second round craziness ensues when the props and background dancers are added into the mix and a remake of classic songs and videos is what we get. I felt a bit dissatisfied at this week’s comedic output from two great comic actors. I felt it more of a stage show rather than let’s let loose and have fun with it, as this season seems to be doing. Still funny and still entertaining, just didn’t make me laugh my ass off like I expected from the Blackish head co-stars. I do have to say, Anthony Anderson looks great and he knows it!
