Dragon Con, the internationally known science fiction, fantasy, and gaming convention, returned to downtown Atlanta this Labor Day weekend!
Dragon Con 2022 runs from Thursday, Sept. 1st to Monday, Sept. 5th with events and activities across five host hotels – Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Marriott Marquis, Hilton Atlanta, Westin Peachtree, and Sheraton Atlanta – and AmericasMart Buildings Two and Three.

Dragon Con 2022 – Reptiles Random Review
Saturday is the BIG day for everything. There are too many panels and photoshoots to even start listing. In fact there are so many panels that Dragon Con has divided most of them (not all) into different ‘tracks’. Each track is dedicated to certain interest. Even when narrowed down, there are 32 different tracks ranging from Childrens events to Historical Fiction and everything in between.
There is no way that anyone can cover the entirely of Dragon Con. In fact Saturday was so busy that these 32 pictures are all our reporter managed to acquire. But don’t worry, we have some other sources and will be bringing their photos in shortly. In the meantime, here is what Reptile acquired.
ABOUT THE SHOW
Dragon Con is the largest multi-media, pop culture convention focusing on science fiction & fantasy, gaming, comics, literature, art, music, and film in the universe – and the best place to celebrate all of these things with fellow fans on Labor Day Weekend.
LOCATION
Dragon Con takes place annually on Labor Day weekend. Dragon Con will be held in our five host hotels the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Atlanta Hilton, Sheraton Atlanta, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, and the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in downtown Atlanta. Additionally, AmericasMart Buildings 2 and 3 provide a home for our Gaming, Vendors, and Comic and Pop Artist Alley.
HOURS
The convention opens at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and runs around the clock until 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Yep – you heard us right – that’s 96 hours of continuous enjoyment and excitement so come rested and ready to be overwhelmed with options on what to do. With so many amazing things going on all hours of the day, we recommend you check the app for times.
The Vendor Hall and Comic Artist Alley hours are:

Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Monday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Walk of Fame and Art Show hours are:
