Visually Stunning Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets Trailer

Opening July 21, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets promises to be a visually stunning piece of cinematography, at least if this trailer is anything to go by.

Based off the French graphic novels Valérian and Laureline and developed for the big screen by director Luc Besson, this promises to be the one movie you WANT to see in 3D this summer.

Special Operatives Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne) are attempting to save Alpha, The City of a Thousand Planets from a dark threat that could endanger both the city and the entire universe.

The movie also features John Goodman, Ethan Hawke, Clive Owen, Rutger Hauer, and Rihanna.
