This Wednesday, August 7th, BOOM! Studios is releasing GARFIELD #1 (of 4), the first issue in a new four-issue series about everyone’s favorite cat! Ryan Estrada (I Climbed Kilimanjaro) and Sarah Graley (Kim Reaper, Minecraft) pen two short stories in the first issue, joined by artist Axur Eneas (Princeless) and letterer Stef Purenins (Our Super Adventure), to bring Garfield to life of this can’t miss tie-in to The Garfield Movie from Alcon Entertainment.
Alcon Entertainment’s animated presentation of The Garfield Movie debuted worldwide via Sony Pictures in May 2024. The movie stars Chris Pratt as Garfield and Samuel L. Jackson as a brand-new character, Vic, Garfield’s father.
