ReedPop released the official poster art for the
Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo 2017 (C2E2) and it is stellar!
The Guardians of the Galaxy tribute was created by artist Declan Shalvey and shows the team in action above Chicago’s Michigan Avenue at night. Declan is known as the co-creator and artist of Image Comics’ INJECTION, Marvel’s MOON KNIGHT and DEADPOOL, as well as DC’s ALL-STAR BATMAN. You can follow him on Twitter @declanshalvey
The release couldn’t be better timed because it is St. Patrick’s Day, Declan is Irish, and Chicago is well-known for its St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Declan Shalvey is best known from his work on the critically acclaimed graphic novel series INJECTION with writer Warren Ellis for Image Comics. Other projects include MOON KNIGHT, DEADPOOL and ALL STAR BATMAN with writer Scott Snyder. More recently he wrote/drew a NICK FURY: POST PROLOGUE serial for Marvel Comics and later this year will release SAVAGE TOWN, an Irish crime graphic novel written by Shalvey and illustrated by Phillip Barret, to be released from Image.
