Fall is rapidly approaching and Netflix has a lot of debuts in September for those slightly colder and a little darker nights ahead.
As for Netflix original programming, Season 2 of their hit series Narcos returns. Marvel’s Luke Cage sees Mike Colter reprising his role from Jessica Jones in what will be the third of the four solo films leading up to the uniting of The Defenders (c’mon Iron Fist!). Plus, we finally get to view Season 5 of Longmire.
For arriving television series, the “CBS-passed off to The CW” series Supergirl debuts with her premiere season. Gotham fans can rejoice as well as Season 2 arrives this month. Plus, Season 6 of The Walking Dead has finally arrived! You can also expect the most recent seasons of The Blacklist, Shameless, Heartland and New Girl.
Films you can begin watching in September include Zootopia, the Disney-produced film which is a huge addition to the streaming service, all of the Jaws films for you horror fans, and such 80s classics as Footloose and Top Gun.
