Movie News: In Theaters This Week – May 9, 2025

As the temperatures get warmer, so do the movies! Summer movie season is still a couple weeks away, but that doesn’t mean this weekend slate of releases isn’t full of hot flicks! This week’s new releases include a drama about a suburban dad who falls for his charismatic new neighbor, a film based on the true life of Lilly Ledbetter who fought for justice against the company that abused and mistreated her, a thriller about an estranged couple forced to go on the run after a bounty in placed on their heads by their former employer, and much more!
