Movie News: In Theaters This Week – March 6, 2026

There are plenty of new movies coming out this weekend, so hopefully something catches your eye. This week’s new releases include two new concert films, a re-imagining of Mary Shelley’s tale of Frankenstein’s monster set in the 1930’s, an animated film about a young animal lover who uses technology to place her consciousness into a robotic beaver, a modern retelling of a classic Shakespeare play, and much more!

Aurora: What Happened to the Earth?


AURORA’s debut concert film shows her biggest headlining show – a sold-out performance for 18,000 fans at Mexico City’s Palacio de los Deportes.
