[Movie News] In Theaters This Week – July 14, 2023

In a slight change from the norm, this weekend’s biggest movie comes out mid-week, rather than on Friday with the rest of this week’s releases. But that doesn’t mean there’s not still plenty of new films coming out this weekend! There is a documentary about the experiences of black hockey players in a predominantly white sport, a film about the staff at a rundown theater camp that band together to keep the place afloat, the latest entry in the Mission: Impossible franchise, and much more!

Black Ice

Black Ice exposes a history of racism in hockey through the untold stories of Black hockey players, both past and present, in a predominantly white sport.
