[Movie News] In Theaters This Week – January 6, 2023

A new year means plenty of opportunities to see new movies! The first new weekend of the year provides a trio of new movies to choose from including a drama about a man who finds his world turned around when a young family moves in next door, a horror film about a life-like doll built by an engineer that takes on a life of its own, and film about a group of women in an isolated religious community who try to reconcile with a brutal reality and their faith.

A Man Called Otto

Otto is a grump who’s given up on life following the loss of his wife and wants to end it all. When a young family moves in nearby, he meets his match in quick-witted Marisol, leading to a friendship that will turn his world around.
