This weekend sees a wide array of new films. There is a drama about a teenager who is the only hearing person in her deaf family, a couple dealing with the aftermath of an adoption that goes awry, Disney’s new film about a video game NPC who wakes up and decides to take charge in his overly-violent world, a biopic about legendary singer Aretha Franklin, and much more! One bit of information worthy of note is that Disney’s new film Free Guy has broken with the studio’s recent trend of releasing their new films both in theaters and on their streaming service at an additional cost, and will only be available in theaters.
