It seems that Microsoft is working on improving the avatars in Xbox Live and they may be giving all of us a few surprises.
Microsoft’s Phil Spencer and platform boss Mike Ybarra tweeted a reveal of wheelchair avatars, giving those that are wheelchair-bound a better way to characterize themselves.
The reveal came after a few users suggested wheelchairs and Xbox head responded “…we hear you. This is something that we’ve already looked at, not far off.”
Looking at the characters that are in the chairs, it appears like we might be getting an upgrade to the customization features too. And maybe they will address a few other physical features and add something like casts or crutches.
Personally I can’t wait to see the whole package
