Let’s be honest here – the reason most Marvel fans are excited about next May’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is because we get more of Baby Groot, which we only got a glimpse of in a post-credits scene of the first Guardians of the Galaxy film.
Now, Marvel and Funko are pairing up to bring us animated shorts with some of our favorite Marvel heroes and villains. The most recent one, titled “Bait and Switch” shows Rocket Raccoon rescuing Baby Groot from the clutches of The Collector. If you know anything about this fan-favorite duo, you know that Rocket would do anything for Groot, and he’ll use all of his wiles to free his best friend.
This appears to be the second in the series. The first is titled “Spellbound” and shows Spiderman and Iron Man pairing up to take on Loki with hilarious results.
