Disney has been slowly assembling the cast for Dumbo as they attempt to bring the animated classic to life, in fact they plan to bring it to the screen on March 29th, 2019!
The studio has already begun production in London on the live-action flick. Tim Burton directs the star-studded cast that includes Eva Green (Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children), Danny Devito (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Michael Keaton (Beetlejuice), and Colin Farrell (Ballykissangel.)

Dumbo is only one of Disney’s latest wave of animated-to-live-action films which already includes Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty (as Maleficent), The Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast, and Alice in Wonderland. Future plans include Mulan, The Lion King and Aladdin. Casting has begun for Aladdin and will star Will Smith as the Genie, Naomi Scott as Jasmine and Mena Massoud as Aladdin.
