Washington State Summer Con is a 3-day event held annually in Puyallup, WA at the Washington State Fair and Events Center.
You know it’s a well-run event when the biggest complaint you can find is about not having enough jam on their scones. Unlike many events it had a ton of parking, the state fairgrounds have more than enough room to hold this event allowing it to expand.
This event started out as a simple toy show, but has expanded and now has plays host to several hundred vendors, artists, crafters, and exhibitors. They also bring in comic book creators and celebrities from across the world. This year’s celebrity guest list was outstanding with names such as Vincent D’Onofrio, Ming-Na Wen, John Barrowman, and Jonathan Frakes.
