Over the weekend of January 17-20th, gamers and cosplayers from across the country went to San Antonio, TX to join the annual PAX South gaming convention.
Pax is first and foremost a gaming convention where you can find everything from old school paper-and-pen games to the latest in digital gaming. Among the offerings were tabletop games, RPGs, consoles, PC games, tournaments, and panels.
There was also Live-Action Role Playing Games and, of course, cosplay. The Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) brings gaming culture to the forefront, but fans were also there to display their love of their favorite fandoms.
Thanks to Circuit 42 we were able to get a glimpse of some of the fabulous cosplay costumes displayed. Circuit 42 is a podcast that focuses pop culture including comics, anime, movies, video games, science, and awesome interviews. Head over to their soundcloud page to hear some of what they do.
