Kumoricon is an annual event held in Oregon that has celebrated anime, manga, and the related cultures since 2003. This year’s event was held November 5th-7th at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland.
Kumoricon was host to a Gundam Model Room (Gunpla). These can be very intricate models that range from a few inches in height to several feet and are frequently customized during paint and assembly. Lee Pham walked away with a people’s choice award.
