ConnectiCon is a 20-year-old convention that is held in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. They claim to be the oldest fan-run convention in the state. It is held in both the Connecticut Convention Center and the Marriott Hotel.
This is a multifandom convention for fans of all things pop culture. They include animation, video games, board games, card games, roleplaying games, and anime. The schedule for ConnectiCon includes group costume photo shoots, gaming, and fan-run panels. There also were a lot of guest voice actors, artists, and writers, There was a lot to do and not enough time to do it all.
