Comicpalooza is a large annual, multi-genre convention held in Houston, Texas. The event is organized by John Simons, the originator of the event along with Startling Events, LLC. This year’s Comicpalooza event was held at the George R. Brown Convention Center Memorial Day weekend, May 26-28, 2023.
The floor opened on Friday allowing shoppers to peruse the exhibition floor while programming panels, special attractions, and other lively activations that took place throughout the venue. At night, the CP Friday Night Bash amped up the fun kicking off a memorable weekend. Saturday and Sunday showcased more panels, stellar guests, and special events.
Celebrity guests included William Shatner, Stephen Amell, Tenoch Huerta, Antony Starr, Ian Somerhalder, Erin Moriarty, and may more. It was a packed guest list from across the big and small screens.
