This year has been complete chaos and the convention world (along with everything else) has been put on hiatus. PopCultHQ thought we would take a walk down memory lane and look at cosplay from years past.
This was a fantastical journey back to Victorian fashion mixed with current and future technology in a ‘what if’ world of steam technology.
