This year has been complete chaos and the convention world (along with everything else) has been put on hiatus. PopCultHQ thought we would take a walk down memory lane and look at cosplay from years past.
This event is held annually in Chicago, on the weekend after Thanksgiving. It has a lot to offer fans of the Doctor. They have had the main actors, writers and directors at various times. In fact, I don’t think there is a single aspect to the Whoverse they have not covered at some point.
