If you think the fun of C2E2 ends each day once the show floor closes, you be wrong! That may have been true in the past, but in recent years the enjoyment of the convention weekend can go as late as midnight. Whether through offering special events or late-night panels, attendees can continue meeting others who enjoy the same things as them or hang out even more with their friends. Let’s take a look at what C2E2 has to offer this year!
Alamo Drafthouse Afterhours Event
Alamo Drafthouse is sponsoring much of the evening fun this year at C2E2, some of which we don’t even know what to expect! Make sure you stop by the 4th floor of McCormick Place each night to see what’s in store!
Show floor closed but not ready to head home? Oh, we’ve got you. The Alamo Drafthouse, the world’s greatest movie theater, is currently planning something fun just for you, C2E2. What’s it going to be? Honestly, we don’t even know yet, too many amazing options in the works. But whatever it will be, you know you’re going to have to be there. Add it to your calendar now.

C2E2 Prom: A Celebration of 15 Years of Fantasy in Chicago
In honor of C2E2’s 15th year, the convention is hosting a prom! Attendees are encouraged to don their finest and nerdiest fantasy attire and dance the night away.
Step into a realm of enchantment and adventure at our fantasy-themed prom here at C2E2! Join fellow adventurers for an unforgettable evening of dancing, cosplay, and nerdy revelry. With admission included in your purchase of tickets to C2E2, prepare to enjoy this night filled with fun and whimsy sponsored by Alamo Drafthouse!

Cosplay Karaoke After Party
What better way to celebrate after Saturday night’s cosplay competition than singing along to some of your favorite tunes?
The fun doesn’t have to end after the spectacular Cosplay Crown Championship at C2E2. Come on over and join us at the Cosplay Karaoke After Party where the night takes on a new dimension of fun and camaraderie. The Cosplay Karaoke After Party is open to all attendees. This is a time for contestants to shed the nerves of competition, and fans to relax and have a fun night to show off their inner rockstar!

Late-Night Panels
If partying at night isn’t quite your thing, C2E2 is offering a slew of late night panels starting at 6pm and going well into the evening. Many of the events are specifically geared towards attendees that at 18+, but you can also find events like Late Night Bingo, Marvel Family Feud, and Popverse Trivia on offer.
