For the 60th anniversary of Doctor Who they are bringing in several names from the classic series. This is one of our favorite small events to attend.

Guests this year include:

Sylvester McCoy

He became best known for playing the seventh incarnation of the Doctor from 1987 to 1989 and is known as the final Doctor of the original run. He briefly returned to the character in the 1996 series a television film in 1996 and has been most recently seen in the in the last episode of the 13th (Jodie Whittaker) Doctor’s arc, “The Power of the Doctor”.

He is also recognized by many as Radagast in The Hobbit film series (2012–2014).

Peter Davison

Peter Davison

Peter Davison has been on television for decades. His first big hit was as Tristan Farnan on the original TV series All Creatures Great and Small. But, he became best known by sci-fi Fans as the fifth Doctor from 1982-1984. He ahs since been keeping busy with various BBC roles and Big Finish Productions.

Colin Baker

Colin Baker

Colin Baker is best known as the sixth incarnation of Doctor Who from 1983 to 1986. He has since then reprised the role a few times in the series and continues to portray the Sixth Doctor on stage and in Big Finish audio dramas.

Michael Troughton

Michael Troughton

Michael appeared as Albert Smithe in the Twelfth Doctor episode “Last Christmas”. He has also revised his father’s role as the Second Doctor in various Big Finish audio adventures.

Lisa Bowerman

Lisa Bowerman

For the last 25 years Lisa has played the title role in the Doctor Who spin-off audio series Professor Bernice Summerfield for Big Finish Productions, as well regular characters in their series of Sapphire & Steel and Jago & Litefoot, and many other guesting roles. She has also directed several audio dramas for Big Finish Productions

Jason Haigh-Ellery

Jason Haigh-Ellery founded Big Finish Productions in 1998 and the company has grown to be the largest independent producer of audio dramas in the world. They have worked regularly with media corporations such as the BBC, MGM and ABC on Doctor Who, Torchwood, Stargate, Judge Dredd, and on original series such as Graceless and The Confessions of Dorian Grey. In 2013, Big Finish won the BBC Audio Drama Award for Best Drama for Doctor Who.

In 2011, Jason also founded the animation house Planet 55 Studios in Sydney, Australia, working first with the BBC on two animated versions of Doctor Who and now producing the original 26 part drama Prisoner Zero for ABC.

Rachel Talalay

Rachel Talalay

Rachel Talalay is a Jack-of-all-trades and talented in many fields.

In the world of Doctor Who she filmed the 60th Anniversary Doctor Who reboot 2.0, and directed 7 episodes of Doctor Who.

Other work includes episodes of American Gods, Marvel’s Iron Fist, DC’s Doom Patrol, Quantum Leap, Riverdale, Sabrina, Supernatural, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash and a slew more of familiar favorites.

Her movies include Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare, Tank Girl, and Wind in the Willows.

Mickey Lewis

Mickey Lewis

You may not recognize him, but he has been in over 21 episodes of Doctor Who, mostly portraying iconic characters such as Daleks, and Cybermen. He also portrayed Jon Pertwee’s Doctor for the 50th Anniversary show.

Outsdie of the Doctor Who universe he has been in five Star Wars productions, House of the Dragon, His Dark Material, Batman, and most recently Kraven the Hunter.

Mark Strickson

Mark Strickson

Mark is best known in the Doctor Who universe as Vislor Turlough.

He is best known as a documentary producer.

Jonathon Carley

Jonathon Carley

Predominantly a voice actor he has portrayed the War Doctor for Big Finish Productions and . He has also voiced several animated characters and narrated several audiobooks.

His screen debut was in To Walk Invisible and since then has appeared in several TV dramas and commercials.

Katy Manning

Katy Manning

She was companion Jo Grant alongside Jon Pertwee and returned as Jo Jones in The Sarah Jane Adventures.

She has returned to the role of Jo for Big Finish productions and has since voiced several other characters for them.

Jon Davey

Jon Davey

Jon has featured in 50 episodes of Doctor Who appearing as a Dalek, Cyberman, Ood, Judoon, Whisperman and U.N.I.T. Soldier.

Other appearances have included Rogue One, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures, Merlin, Wizard v Aliens, Casualty, and Atlantis in various roles.

Janet Fielding

Janet Fielding

Janet was companion to the 4th, 5th, and 13th Doctors as Tegan Jovanka . recently reprising her role for Jodie Whittaker’s last story in 2022.

Carole Ann Ford

Carole Ann Ford

Carole appeared as the Doctors granddaughter, Susan Foreman from the 1963 Doctor Who pilot episode through the end of the second season. Reviving the role as a guest in more recent productions and numerous audios for Big Finish Productions.
