PopCultHQ’s Book Review:
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA ENCYCLOPEDIA
Writing:
Encyclopedias are books of knowledge and information. And unfortunately at times they can be a bit dry and hard to read. That is not the case with the Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia. Not only is it engaging to read, but it breaks down all the information. This makes it more accessible and comprehensible to those who are new to the Zelda games and want to learn more about the world, the history and everything related to the overall saga of Link.
Art:
Any good gaming encyclopedia has art that is as engaging as the words. This Legend of Zelda book has pictures to spare on every page. Long-time fans of the games will appreciate seeing these images tied to specific descriptions of characters, locations, creatures and objects. One extra-special treat is the character files on Link, Zelda and Ganondorf have pictures across each game in the series showing their character’s evolution from pixels to full-fledged digital renderings.
PopCultHQ’s Rating:
