Adult coloring books have been best-sellers in countries in Europe and now the trend is spreading to the United States. According to the Huffington Post, coloring can relieve stress. Not only does it remind us of a simpler time, our childhood, the person coloring focuses on the activity and forgets their worries.
Of the most notable adult coloring books is Johanna Basford’s “Secret Garden” that has sold over a million copies online and has been translated into 14 languages.
