There are a lot of award shows out there. We have the Oscars for movies, Emmys for TV shows, Grammys for music, Razzies for bad films, and now we have The Casbys for Cosplay.
Wednesday, April 15th was the second annual Casbys award show. This tongue-in-cheek cosplay awards, brought to us by Bobo Studios and Space Monkey Mafia Studios, honors Chicago-area cosplayers. This humorous honorific is created, produced, and hosted by Steve Ormins, a local Chicago cosplayer, and a cadre of trained monkeys cosplayers in-training.
The Casbys honor local Chicago cosplayers in their own unique way.
