This weekend has yet another slew of films ready for release. They include an anthology tale of myths local to New Salem that end very badly for the locals, a documentary about one of the boldest solo climbers in the world, a drama where events spiral out of control very quickly when a group of friends agree to do a favor for the woman they all adore, and much more!

The Alpinist (PG-13)

Marc-André Leclerc climbs alone, far from the limelight. The free-spirited 23-year-old makes some of the boldest solo ascents in history. With no cameras and no margin for error, Leclerc’s approach is the essence of solo adventure.
