[Video] What We Watched: Fun Clips from the Past Week – October 19 – 25

While we’re all staying at home, a lot of us are watching things online. With the plethora of videos available, and more being created every day, it’s an enjoyable way to pass the time and bring a little fun into our lives. Some of these may be brand new, some may be older, but here are a few of the videos I enjoyed this week.

While many zoos and aquariums were closed to the public earlier this year, the workers used this as an opportunity to expose some of the animals to others around the facility that they might not normally come into contact with. The results were absolutely adorable, and several new friendships resulted, as you can see below!

If you’re looking for a easy Halloween costume for your pet, then look no further! This adorable knight costume is perfect to help your pet defend the castle that is your home, all while looking quite stylish. All you need is some felt in your choice of colors, some thread and ribbon, and minor sewing skills. Even if you don’t have a sewing machine, you could easily sew this by hand!

Watching others play video games is a pastime many enjoy, whether it is because they want to pick up some tips or tricks for the game, or simply because they enjoy they personality of those making the video. Star Wars actor Joonas Suotamo recently posted one such video on his Youtube channel, sharing his first attempts at the the video game Star Wars Squadrons. Even though he plays a seasoned pilot in the films, the Chewbacca actor might want to brush up a bit on his skills before he gives it another spin!

The bond between dogs and the owners is truly something special, and the relationship between this police officer and his K-9 is something to behold. Even though this dog works, he is still and a dog and certainly has his share fun!

This pair also seems like they have a lot of fun together – who wouldn’t love to see a guy carrying his dog around in a backpack, while also on rollerblades?

Can you turn other food into Shawarma? That’s these people wanted to know and tested out items like waffles, pop-tarts, and cheeseburger. Whether or not they were successful might be a matter of personal taste rather than the slicing something off a spit and wrapping it in a flatbread!

This week the internet was abuzz when word got out of the birth of a green-tinted puppy born in Sardinia, Italy. The pup, aptly named Pistachio, was the only one in his litter born with the rare coloring, but he quickly captured the hearts of people all around the world.

The world of underwater photography is a host unto itself, and can result in images that are simply stunning. This behind-the-scenes video of a photoshoot with Justin Lutsky Photography shows a small amount of the work the went into a shoot with a trio of witches and Sabrina Spellman, also offering some insight to some of the tricks of the trade!

This pair of lovely Mary Poppins decided to have a dance party, only to have a surprise visitor join them!

Speaking of Mary Poppins, one of her most iconic items is her seemingly-bottomless carpet bag. If you’re looking to up your add a bit of magic to your Mary Poppins costume, here’s an interesting video about how one person made such an item, complete with a vase! The second video shows how he packs the bag with the various items. (The audio is quite low, so make sure to have your volume turned up.)
