PopCultHQ Convention Watch: Anime Milwaukee (February 17th-19th)

Anime Milwaukee is in its tenth year and it is hoping to be bigger and better than ever! Considering that it is already Wisconsin’s largest anime convention, I’m not sure how much larger it can get… but everything can get better.

This is a three-day anime convention held at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee & Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

They may not have guests that you will recognize from your TV screen, but if you close your eyes and listen then you might be surprised by who you hear. Their guest voices are pretty impressive and I am certain you’ve heard of, and probably seen, a few of the shows…you just didn’t know who was behind them.

This is the voice behind several well known animated faces such as;
Genos on One Punch Man,
Takaki Uno on Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans
Arthur Pendragon on The Seven Deadly Sins
and so much more….

has been doing voices for a long time in a variety of animations and video games including Ragyo Kiryuin in Kill La Kill. Her voice can be heard in Justice League Action, League of Legends, Skullgirls , Sailor Moon and Sword Art Online.

If you have sat and watched cartoons with your kids (or by yourself) then you know Max’s voice. He was on Transformers:Rescue Bots, Ben 10 and Justice League Action. He was also the voice of Saitama in One Punch Man and voices several video games.

A voice actor with a lot of video games under his belt, including Fallout 4, and Call of Duty: Black Ops. His animated ventures also include Howzer on The Seven Deadly Sins and Puri Puri Prisoner / Dr. Genus on One Punch Man.

She is known for her work on Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End , Halo 5: Guardians  and Gears of War 4. She is also the voice behind Black Widow on Avengers Assemble and Amber on RWBY,

Best known as Colonel Roy Mustang in the Fullmetal Alchemist series’, his other credits include Zetsu/Jugo in Naruto, Ace in One Piece, Kugo Ginjo/Hyroinmaru in Bleach, Mori in Ouron Host Club, Free in Soul Eater, Code Geass, Vampire Knight, Tiger & Bunny, RWBY, Digimon, amongst many others.
