Heads up comic book fans! As an all new animated kid-friendly version of DC Comics long historic Trinity superheroes, who will begin the Dawn of Justice are coming to TV. As we reported last year of a Warner Bros. animation and Cartoon Network all new JLA type series, it has been revealed that Justice League Action, is one of the newest DC comic cartoons. Justice League Action will be featuring Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman with all their collection of allies and enemies from the DC Comics.
“Whether defending the Earth, facing invaders from space, or battling the bizarre forces of magic, the always-rotating team of Justice League heroes are up to any challenge,” according to a press release. Episodes will be 11-minutes long.
Some of the best news we’ve heard from this new series, will be that longtime DC animation voice actors Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill will be returning to play Batman and the Joker (Batman: The Animated Series) in their classic roles. Reports also cast another former Caped Crusader: Deidrich Bader, the star of Batman: The Brave and the Bold, will voice fame-seeker Booster Gold. Academy Award nominee James Woods will play Lex Luthor, with additional casting yet to be announced.
