#Villanova ‘sad’ piccolo player has her spirits lifted after appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon!

As the Villanova Wildcats were losing in the late minutes of their round 32 basketball game in NCAA’s grand yearly tournament. The world was introduced to Roxanne Chalifoux, a Villanova piccolo player as she was seen on TV screens all over the world. With eyes streaming with tears of sadness as her beloved Wildcats had seemingly lost its bid to a dance in the round of sweet 16, Roxanne and her fellow senior band mates played one of the last songs of their college careers. That’s when the tears really started to flow. Then the world and internet dubbed Roxanne, ‘sad girl’


It seems that “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and the Roots took notice and gave Roxanne a more memorable moment on screen with an apperance on The Tonight Show!
